I recently had Master Clean do carpets that had been abused by animals and humans for several years. I didn't have high hopes for the effort to succeed. Wow! Chris literally worked miracles in every room of that house! I'm am absolutely astonished at the work he did in less than 3 hours! He was kind, caring and very professional. We are super thrilled with the results from Master Clean! Tom and Chris came and dealt with our white berber carpet and pet stains. They came back and followed up with a few stubborn spots and now it looks "NEW". Chris even cleaned my grandma's velvet chair from the late 70's. It's practically restored! I'm not embarrassed of it anymore! It's on display (and being used, UNCOVERED) in our library!! COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! AWESOME JOB!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
